Kinetic Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Kinetic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.  

2. Services  

Kinetic provides athletic training, fitness classes, personal training ect.... The specific details of the services, including pricing and scheduling, will be provided separately.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.  

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or services.  

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of enrollment. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, such as cancellation with sufficient notice or other situations deemed appropriate by management. All refund requests are subject to approval by management. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and the funds to be returned to you after approval.

  • Physical Activity: You acknowledge that participation in athletic training and fitness activities involves inherent risks of injury. You assume all risks associated with using our services.

  • Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Kinetic, its employees, and contractors from any liability for any injury or damage that may occur during or as a result of using our services.
